Our Story

Carol and McKaela met in Girl Scouts in 2001 when McKaela's family moved to the same neighborhood. The girls became fast friends, bonding over Polly Pocket and a love of crafting.

The name Buffalowash comes from a short story the pair read as teens; BFLBWASH: Best Friends for Life Because We are So Hot. The acronym looks like Buffalowash, right? We thought so at 14 and it just stuck!
